At Green Doctors, we believe in fair and transparent policies. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for our medical evaluation services, subscription plans, and pharmacy products.

24-Hour Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your transaction for evaluation services.

5-7 Business Days

Approved refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Dedicated Support

All refund disputes are handled by our dedicated billing support team with priority response.

1. Medical Evaluations & Consultations

Our medical evaluation services involve licensed physicians reviewing your medical history and conducting consultations. The following refund conditions apply:

Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Technical Issues: If a consultation could not be completed due to technical difficulties on our end (video call failure, platform outage), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable: Once a consultation has been conducted or a physician has begun reviewing your evaluation, the service fee is non-refundable. This applies even if the evaluation does not result in certificate issuance, as the physician's time and expertise have been utilized.
No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. You may reschedule by paying a rescheduling fee.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide ongoing access to our services at discounted rates. The following refund conditions apply:

  • 24-Hour Cooling Period: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of subscribing to any plan, provided no services have been used.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: After the 24-hour window, if you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days and have used only one service, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
  • After 7 Days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days from activation. You will continue to have access to all plan benefits until the end of your billing period.
  • Auto-Renewal: If you are charged for an auto-renewal and did not intend to continue, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of the renewal charge.

Tip: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your patient dashboard under Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Medical Certificates

Once a medical certificate has been issued by a licensed physician:

  • The certificate issuance fee is non-refundable, as this represents a completed medical service provided by a licensed professional.
  • If there is an error on the certificate (incorrect name, date, or medical details), we will issue a corrected certificate at no additional charge.
  • If your certificate is rejected by a state authority due to a formatting or compliance error on our part, we will issue a corrected version or provide a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email our billing team at billing@greendoctors.com or use the contact form in your patient dashboard. Include your full name, email address, and transaction reference number.

Provide Details

Explain the reason for your refund request and provide any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, appointment details).

Review Period

Our billing team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision via email.

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Services used under fraudulent, false, or misleading information.
  • Evaluations that do not result in certificate issuance due to the patient not meeting medical criteria.
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind after a service has been fully delivered.
  • Promotional or discounted services that were clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact our billing team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.
  • Delays in resolution, as chargeback processes typically take 30-90 days.
  • We will provide all relevant documentation to your financial institution to support our position.
