1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Green Doctors platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use Green Doctors services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3. Medical Disclaimer
Green Doctors provides telemedicine evaluations and medical certificate services. It is important to understand the following:
- Our platform facilitates evaluations conducted by independently licensed physicians. A successful evaluation does not guarantee a specific medical outcome or certificate issuance.
- Certificates and recommendations are issued at the sole discretion of the evaluating physician based on medical assessment and compliance with applicable state laws.
- Our services are not a substitute for regular medical care. You should continue to consult with your primary care provider for ongoing health management.
- Medical information provided on our website or during consultations is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice for your specific situation.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and evaluations.
- Use certificates and recommendations only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable state and federal laws.
- Not share, transfer, or sell your medical certificates or account access to any other person.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of medical marijuana in your state of residence.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent medical records, identification documents, or personal information.
- Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, verification protocols, or certificate integrity checks.
- Reselling, redistributing, or transferring medical certificates, prescriptions, or products obtained through our platform.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data, pricing information, or physician details from our platform.
- Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organization.
- Engaging in any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to controlled substance regulations.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to:
- Temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security enhancements.
- Modify, update, or discontinue any features or services with reasonable notice.
- Adjust pricing for services and subscription plans with 30 days advance notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Doctors and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the medical practice is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted under these terms.
